Practically Green - Cambridge, MA We built Practically Green to provide tools, knowledge and motivation to help people make healthy, green changes in their life. The first product we've built is the Practically Green website, launched in closed beta in May 2010, with an open beta last September. The site gives you an assessment quiz, helps you build an action plan to improve and gives you the tools and information to execute the change. We bring in social proof (and social norms) through connections with Facebook friends, neighbors and real-life groups. Our science is rock-solid and our content is compelling. We've incorporated gamification and other behavior-change techniques gently throughout the application. We have an email component, and we're developing a mobile complement.
