Ruby/Clojure/Lisp/Javascript - dev and PM - Durham, NC, Washington DC, and Columbus, OH areas Relevance (http://thinkrelevance.com) is hiring. We are the guys behind Clojure/Core (http://clojure.com/). We do a lot of Ruby with and without Rails, we are doing at least two production Clojure apps right now (I'm having a hard time keeping track), and we've also done Java, .NET, C, or Javascript as the project dictates.
