Aware Healthcare | Founding Mobile Engineer | $150-180k salary + equity | Full-time remote (4+ hrs overlap with PST) Aware is a seed-stage startup using data to elevate the quality of mental healthcare in the US. Raw smartphone sensor data gives indications of patients' sleep quality, socialization, and exercise, which helps therapists deliver truly individualized and more effective mental health therapy. We raised $5m late last year from top VCs (led by Bling Capital), so we have a few years of runway before we need to raise again. We negotiated contracts with the top 7 insurance companies and already signed up hundreds of therapists. We're looking for someone to lead development of our mobile platform and join our existing team of 3 full-time engineers.
