Mortgage servicing is a counter-cyclical business (which is part of the reason we started this company!) and gets paid a recurring revenue based on mortgage loans outstanding (which doesn't really change even when mortgage originations slow). We hope to 5x our loan count amount in 2023. Given recent macroeconomic shifts, we're only hiring for business critical roles that will be directly beneficial to our growth. Teams and Projects: I/O - Reduction reliance on human input by 70% when onboarding by EOY. New Verticals - Ranking infrastructure and predictive modeling for matching consumers with the Valon product that they’d be most interested in. Event and feature engineering pipeline for building a comprehensive view of user characteristics and behavior. Delinquency- Delinquency and Bankruptcy workflows.
