Solar Monkey | Platform, Python and Javascript Engineers | REMOTE (EU) (or The Hague, The Netherlands) | Full time At Solar Monkey (https://solarmonkey.io/), our goal is to enable solar to become the world’s leading power supply, and we accomplish that with software that makes solar power systems more affordable, secure and reliable. We do so in a very open and warm environment, where everybody can have his or her say on company values, structure, and policies. We are well funded and expanding, and currently looking for experienced engineers. Tech stack: Python, React and MySQL/Postgres, running in GCP in Docker containers deployed through Nomad. We also use the other tools from the Hashicorp suite. We just set up a data pipeline with Meltano. We are trying to decouple our logic from the Django framework, by applying DDD and moving business logic to its own layer.
