Ramped | Founding Engineer | Remote (Us/Americas) | Full Time Ramped is looking to hire a product-minded Founding Engineer to join our high-growth Early-Career Talent Marketplace. In this role, you’ll have a huge amount of ownership in building out new products and contributing to major technical decisions, all while supporting a product that helps improve career outcomes for typically underserved communities. Tech Stack - Ideally you have some solid familiarity with at least one of these, or comparable technologies. Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS (would be great but we can teach you if you have a react background) Backend: Python, Django or similar frameworks. Postgres You are: A Problem Solver Able to understand and articulate technical tradeoffs Bias for speed but understand when to slow down Collaborative Independent, able to operate with a high level of autonomy In this role, you will: Ship code for our suite of products, including our job board, learning platform, as well as employer tools. Own the development of new features and products Have a major voice in future technical decisions Contribute to our engineering process and culture Help inform the product roadmap Make improvements to our Developer Experience by adding new tools and integrations Interested?
