We’re currently hiring a leader to join a brand new Engineering Analytics team where the goal is to build and improve on our existing capabilities while providing actionable insights and data intelligence to support our 500+ Engineering Division. You will be partnering very closely with each of our VPs across Development, Infrastructure, Incubation, Quality, UX, Security & Support to improve the productivity and efficiency of our engineering. Some of the metrics the team captures include MR rates, usability scores and code merge efficiency. We’re looking for a proven manager who has grown and nurtured teams from scratch and comes from both a strong analytics and engineering background. We have big plans for the team meaning we want to hire someone with a track record of bringing previous teams and companies on a data analytics journey, from the ingestion of data through to visualisation, which has had a profound impact on the business outcomes. There will also be a chance to touch on data engineering and predictive analytics in the future as well as define the tools and processes we use in the short term.
