About us: Crosslake is the leading M&A technology strategy consulting practice in the market. Our M&A practice is seeking a senior individual to join our rapidly growing team. You will work with our M&A practice nationally and internationally servicing corporate development, private equity and growth equity investor clients. This includes leading technology assessments during the due diligence phase, planning technology initiatives for carve-out or merger integration, and post-close assessments.
