Industrial Data Associates| Full Stack Web Developer| Remote (within US)| Full Time Founded in 2010, Industrial Data Associates (https://www.idassoc.com/)is a product data services firm with expertise in Product Information Management (PIM), SEO and ecommerce optimization. Our proprietary software is used by team of Taxonomists and Information Engineers to redesign product information like hierarchies, filters, tables, product relationships, descriptions and search content We are a small team and fully remote, and are looking for a candidate with a high level of initiative who can switch gears and work with multiple clients in varying industries. Developer Responsibilities: • Enhance existing infrastructure and rollout platform customizations for our proprietary web-based application. • Contribute to ongoing application maintenance and performance optimization. • Work with the services team to plan and scope application features. • Collaborate with colleagues to keep aligned across tasks, establish requirements, and share workloads as necessary. • Work with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features. • Maintain code integrity and organization. • Design, implement, and manage security strategies for system and data protection. Required Qualifications • Significant experience with relational database management systems like Postgres. • Familiarity with web server technologies like JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, Koa.js and Node.js.
