Find out more at http://home.cern. Are you talented in designing intuitive web interfaces? Do you feel confident in writing efficient, well-documented, and modular JavaScript code? Do you keep yourself up to date with new technologies in your field? Then join CERN’s Electrical Power Converters Group! We are seeking a frontend developer to work on web applications used by power converter experts, to work with a large distributed control system consisting of more than five thousand power converter controllers. These are used to precisely control the current delivered to the magnets in CERN’s accelerator complex in order to guide and focus particle beams. Tech Stack: JS (ES6+), HTML5, CSS (CSS3, SCSS), Vue.js, Puppeteer, Mocha, Python, FastAPI, Django Eligibility criteria: * You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State; * You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields; * You have no more than 4 years’ experience after completing your highest diploma.
