Our Software Engineering Manager position is a people-management focused role that requires a technical background. To be successful in this role you'll enjoy: * Leading the people - Identifying and improving the team processes and communication, attracting and retaining engineers, managing compensation, and coaching engineers to greater competency. * Managing the work - Understand the product roadmap, serve as Scrum master to drawstring communication while measuring and maintaining a predictable and sustainable delivery velocity. * Molding the Environment - Facilitate a healthy team environment where product discovery and project delivery co-exist peacefully.
