Panalyt (https://panalyt.com) | Data Engineer | Full-Time | Remote Worldwide (but 4 hours time overlap required with Japan, UTC+8) Panalyt is a people analytics platform that integrates and analyzes all employee data from HR and productivity systems to allow organizations to make data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle to better hire, engage, develop and retain talent. As our Data Engineer, you will work in close collaboration with our engineering teams to connect a 100+ different HR systems to Panalyt using Google Cloud Platform products, Python and SQL, handling the data of hundreds of thousands of employees. Missions: - Develop and maintain data pipelines. - Develop internal tools for better monitoring of all data activities. - Improve data quality and reliability of systems in place. - Work closely with the data scientists and the business-side stakeholders to improve their operations. Minimum Qualifications: - Japanese (Business level preferred), English (Fluent level). - Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 2 years or more experience in data engineering. - Experience with Python, SQL. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
