We are developing a confidential innovative digital product to deliver a modern healthcare experience that saves customers time, money, and aggravation. This role will lead strategy development and execution for a new, confidential digital product offering. In this role, you will be the responsible stakeholder wearing many hats as we prepare for launch, including stakeholder engagement across marketing, clinical, finance, pharmacy operations, 3rd party partners, and more. Following launch, you will lead a cross-functional team to develop marketing and analytics to expand our customer base and LTV. You will help develop and oversee a product roadmap to continually improve and innovate this new offering. You’ll develop and own KPIs to measure success.
