Soil Health Institute | Product Manager/Developer | Full Time, Remote (US-only) | The Soil Health Institute (SHI) is a non-profit organization created to safeguard and enhance the vitality and productivity of soil through scientific research and advancement. SHI is implementing a comprehensive approach to establish local, science-based soil health targets, economics of soil health management systems adoption, soil health training programs and mentoring networks, and a mentorship program to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in U.S. agriculture. We are seeking a Product Developer/Manager to lead the design and testing of digital tools for farmers, beginning with a soil health dashboard that enables producers to track and monitor changes in soil health and management practices. Although the Institute is located adjacent to Research Triangle Park (RTP) near Raleigh, North Carolina, the successful candidate is not required to relocate to headquarters for this job.
