In SignalWire engineering, we believe in pushing down responsibility and ownership to the teams that create and maintain the services. We follow a Kanban agile process. We keep distractions at a minimum- often only a single 10-15 minute daily standup is scheduled. The engineering team idles in our in-house video system which allows for spontaneous discussions to form with very little friction; much like work in a physical office.
