Alexis Ohanian (reddit co-founder) led our Series A via Initialized and is on our board. Our tech stack: Code: Ruby, Rails, Postgres, React, Kotlin, Kafka, Stimulus JS, Stimulus Reflex Infra: AWS, Heroku, Redis Labs, Aiven We're looking for: - Experience in our stack or similar technologies - 3+ years experience working on production systems - You take a lot of ownership and care deeply about building great products - You like tests and clean code, but you understand shipping is equally important There are no red-black trees in our interviews – practical challenges only.
