REMOTE & ONSITE WORK *Medical device company based in Irvine, CA* Seeking a Systems Support Engineer to be responsible for ensuring all aspects of external client IT/gateway/network/ and applications related products, are implemented effectively throughout the installation process, and to provide real-time support during post implementation after handoff. Additionally, the Systems Support Engineer will coordinate in support of the installation teams to ensure successful go-lives, will assist Quality Assurance team with software and hardware testing and validations, and act as technical resource for application, network communication, and device related issues. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 4+ years related software and hardware experience combined with strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
