I'm looking to expand my teams by hiring an additional software engineer to work on initiatives to improve CI/CD, as well as everything around the SDLC, through software. For example we are collecting a lot of data about our pipelines, but not doing anything with it. We could build something to expose relevant data to people to help them help themselves in how their pipelines is built/organized. For a fairly old company, we leverage a lot of new stuff, deploying our services in Kubernetes, and doing a lot of experimentations with Serverless, but having having some experience with the older classic technologies is also a plus since not every team reached a high maturity state.
