Proof Zero | Senior Software Developer | Toronto / Eastern Time | Full-time | Remote We are looking for an experienced, senior software developer who is excited to work on complex cryptography and data engineering problems in a fast-paced startup environment. The role is full-time and remote in Eastern Time. Proof Zero is a federated data platform with solutions in data quality, data entropy, and data discovery. We are building a zero-knowledge cryptography platform that delivers hosted capabilities and product configurations in support of customer needs. Compensation Market competitive. Total compensation is a negotiated blend of salary, bonus, and stock options. We are flexible depending on your requirements and risk appetite. Responsibilities Starting as an individual contributor you will work closely with our CTO to build our technology stack and grow our development team. We are looking for someone passionate about building software teams and who is interested in delivering complex software systems that offer customers novel capabilities. Key responsibilities include: Contributing to the definition of our technical strategy Hiring to fill identified team gaps Mentoring and developing developer training programs Mentoring and training intermediate and junior developers Delivering our open source SDK and CLI packages Delivering a modern cloud architecture Delivering functional ETL/ELT data pipelines Delivering REST and GraphQL APIs Delivering containerized applications Delivering internal infrastructure (eg: build pipelines, monitoring systems, automated testing) Building for testability, observability, maintainability, and other "illities", as required Please note that we are an early stage, fast-paced startup.
