RXR is one of the largest landlords in the Tri-State Area, involved in Grand Central Tower, Pier 57, 5 Times Square, 75 Rockefeller Plaza, The Helmsley Building, a new JetBlue terminal at JFK, and many other impactful, massive scale projects.
