You make deadlines for yourself and you move fast. * You are experienced - you have expert level knowledge of modern web application development. Your comfort extends beyond experience with popular libraries and frameworks, you are familiar with a wide variety of application domains, and you like to solve problems with elegant, creative solutions. * You are scrappy and entrepreneurial - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with not knowing the answer to something.
