Veritus Agent | Founding AI Engineer | San Francisco (Onsite) | Full-time https://veritusagent.ai Veritus Agent is building fully compliant AI agents for regulated industries—starting with financial services. We’re applying voice and language models to deeply human problems, with real-time agent orchestration, adaptive workflows, and strict compliance guardrails built in from day one. We’re an early-stage startup led by a repeat founder (prev: $15M ARR SaaS exit) and moving fast. Our first use case is collections—but the infrastructure we’re building has much broader applications in servicing, fintech, and beyond. We’re hiring a founding full-stack AI engineer to: • Build multi-channel AI agents (voice + messaging) on top of LLMs and voice AI • Develop guardrails, compliance filters, and eval systems • Help shape our internal orchestration + CRM platform • Integrate with real-world systems like payments and loan management APIs You should be: • An AI-native builder with deep experience using APIs like OpenAI, Claude, Whisper, etc. • Comfortable working autonomously and quickly in high-ambiguity, zero-to-one environments • Excited about joining a small team with a high-performance culture • Bonus: Background in enterprise software or fintech We’re based in SF and the roll will be onsite or hybrid.
