We build the systems that power $2+ billion in small businesses loans for Square sellers and external partners. Right now we're focused on building systems to enable the lending capabilities of our new bank (https://www.forbes.com/sites/donnafuscaldo/2020/03/18/square...). We are mainly a Ruby shop but prior Ruby experience is not a requirement.
