We recently celebrated over 1000 publications by customers who utilize our products to make discoveries across the life sciences in infectious disease, oncology, immunology, and many other fields. Software is an integral part of the 10x Genomics product. We develop software to generate and analyze data that scientists can easily explore. We utilize Go, Next/React/Redux, Typescript, and Electron to create easy-to-use software and visualization applications. Our data pipelines are written using Python and the Numpy/Scipy/Pandas stack but we're making increasing use of Rust to accelerate and harden parts of this bioinformatics code.
