Xeotek Inc. | (Senior) Sales Engineer / Manager | Onsite (San Jose, CA) | Full-Time | $110K–140K + Commission + Equity Xeotek is building the first native Data Streamhouse – an enterprise platform that unifies real-time data streaming, analytics, governance, and infrastructure monitoring. It empowers platform teams to simplify operations, run their data streaming environments reliably, securely, and compliantly, and increase developer adoption—across every cluster and environment. We’re hiring a (Senior) Sales Engineer / Manager to join our U.S. founding team in Silicon Valley. This hybrid role combines outbound sales with technical pre-sales. You’ll lead our U.S. outbound motion, own strategic customer conversations, and deliver demos that connect product capabilities to real-world outcomes. What you’ll do: – Own and build outbound sales strategy (emails, calls, LinkedIn) – Lead technical discovery and deliver product demos – Build demo scripts, workflows, and reusable content What we’re looking for: – 3+ years in sales engineering, B2B SaaS, or technical pre-sales – Strong outbound mindset and hands-on deal experience – Understanding of Kafka, Flink, cloud platforms, and modern data infra – Ability to explain technical solutions to business and tech stakeholders – Independent, structured work style with startup mentality – Must be based in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA) – onsite culture Compensation: $110,000–140,000 base salary + performance-based commission + stock options Comprehensive health insurance 25+ PTO days including holidays and year-end break Office with great coffee, snacks, team lunches & events High-growth path with full ownership from day one Location: Onsite (San Jose, CA) Apply: https://careers.xeotek.com Learn more: https://www.kadeck.com
