The problem space is complex and interesting, basically figuring out how to collect, process, store, analyze and take action on performance data across every layer of modern software/hardware stacks which makes almost every business in the world a potential customer these days. The internal culture is great, a bit like a mature startup. It's part of Cisco which makes for a strong umbrella at times like this.
