We strive to build a great product, whilst considering ourselves primarily a technology company. We love to address technical debt, do things right the first time, encourage refactoring & trust engineers to know what is important. The job right now involves primarily JavaScript for the Web team and Kotlin for the Android team -- both of which are supported by a Ruby on Rails backend. Our interview process involves only directly relevant programming tasks, on your own hardware (if thats possible), with no whiteboard coding.
