We are building an integrated system- a new way of building a computer. Instead of having disparate chips and connecting them together with large wires, we build a single 3D and 2D scale-out system. In some ways it can be thought of as the "logical endgame of 2.5D/3.5D integration". Leveraging this new level of integration also required a radically new architecture and circuit design methodology. We are hiring a lead fabrication/packaging engineer to implement the 3D integration flow. Generous compensation will be provided to the right talent.
