The company is now a little over 4 years old. The IT Systems Engineer is a new position on the team at Confluent. This is a great opportunity to add immediate value and build something (nearly from scratch) over time. The right person will have 5-7 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in a DevOps role with an emphasis on providing responsive, high quality DevOps Support, creating IT automation tools, performing audits as required for compliance initiatives, and managing access to engineering resources in the cloud and on-prem.
