Responsibilities
- Design & lead system architecture
- Own the development lifecycle and lead the engineering team
- Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure product quality and lead technical decision making
- Optimize applications for speed, security and scale
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant engineering/leadership experience at tech and product-driven companies
- Proficiency with Java
- Some experience with relational databases (we use Postgres)
- Desire to work fully remote and to proactively approach issues
- Fluent English
