As a part of NIVA's ongoing efforts to develop new data platforms and digital services, we are hiring a full-time developer to our Environmental Data Science team. We are building a new modern infrastructure for data ingestion and distribution. We aim to move fast and build products that enable researchers, field workers and others to easily ingest and work with data. Tech stack: JavaScript (React), python, Postgres (TimescaleDB), CouchDB, Google Kubernetes Engine. Moving towards a message driven architecture using either Google Cloud Pub/Sub or similar.
