Tech Co-founder -Backend Engineer | Full-time | REMOTE (EU) / ONSITE Paris | Smalk | AI Search/RAG - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - We’re looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join us at the ground level and help build an AI search LLM model that amplifies authentic voices. We're leveraging GenAI and RAG to redefine how search works — more transparent, fair, and creator-centric. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Who We’re Looking For; First, please keep in mind: we’re describing the background we imagine would best fit the role. We know this is an ambitious challenge, and we need the right technical partner to tackle it with us. Specifically: - The Engineer: Deep expertise in Backend Engineering, GenAI (with focus on Search/RAG), and scalable architecture.
