Pocket | Hiring: Founding Engineer / Contract Engineer (looking for both) | Remote or hybrid: Founders are based in New York Our Mission: Pocket is streamlining the healthcare insurance verification process for physical therapists. We have customer pilots and aim to automate the entire end-to-end process with better workflow tools and develop an AI agent. What we’re looking for: Strong problem-solving skills and a product-driven mindset Full-stack engineer: Full-stack skills (e.g., Node.js, React, Postgres), create back-end architecture, ownership mentality, strong focus on customer usability Prior startup experience or experience working in a fast paced environment Healthcare experience is a plus but not required If you’re in NY, 3 days in-person to work directly with the founders.
