We have a mix of product and project-based work. We built products like "Paymit" that is a known payment-app in Switzerland. Generally, we build things for insurances, banks and other bigger clients. For us it is important that someone wants to stay for several years and not just for a short period. Also, at least willingness to learn German is crucial.
