Familiar with smart contracts (solidity/script), general purpose algorithms like PoW, PoS, DPoS, etc as well as specialist approaches like proof of retrievability and proof of custody. Experience with simulations a plus. Strong relevant coding skills a big plus. Experience with crypto applications outside of trading extremely highly valued.
