I am building a team to develop the back-end for our app in-house. In the short-term, we will be using Python, Django and PostgreSQL, all deployed on AWS. In the medium-term we will collecting and analyzing data. Initially, we are recruiting for 3 positions: * Developer (backend) * DevOps Engineer * Junior Developer We have ambitious plans to grow quickly in an environment where data is sensitive, so any experience of scaling, security and robustness would be helpful.
