San Francisco IGN is hiring in many departments, but here are a few that might particularly interest the HN reader. Shipped in 1996, we're not a startup, but most of that code is gone now, and we're keeping things interesting with work spanning desktop (ign.com), mobile web, iOS, Android, and consoles (Xbox One & PS4 native apps). I'd never thought of it as a value before joining 4 years ago, but there's a lot of happiness derived from a strong common ground (e.g. a passion for games & entertainment) that's not directly related to roles across the company.
