1. We're a rocket ship and still only at 20 people. Just raised $5 Million and we're growing pretty rapidly. Great opportunity to have a lot of impact and learn other aspects of the business along with dev.
2. Santa Barbara weather. No traffic. Shirts and shorts all day everyday. Beautiful weather, minutes from the beach and the hills.
