Behind the services is a natural language understanding platform, based on over a decade of research at Cornell University by Dr. Claire Cardie, Computer Science, and her students. We're mainly a Java-based shop, and heavily use Hadoop/HStack, AWS, Spring, and JQuery. We focus mostly on front end user experience, big data, identity discovery, and NLP problems in free text.
