San Francisco - Engineer MixRank (YC S11) is a search engine for ads; we crawl the web and index ads, placements, keywords, landing pages, and pretty much everything that makes up an advertiser's campaign. With all of the data we collect, we provide competitive intelligence and analytics to advertisers, agencies, and ad networks. Along with this comes many interesting technical challenges, like scaling web crawlers, distributed analytics, and training predictive models to make intelligent recommendations to our customers.
